Robert Jojczyk

Customer experience & sales processes

Robert Jojczyk is a customer experience and sales-process specialist with years of experience in B2B and B2C business development. Since March 2025 he has worked at Google in Dublin as an Account Manager. He has also run his own advisory practice, conducting sales-process and customer-experience audits for companies across different markets — from startups to medium-sized businesses.

He built his career at the intersection of communication, sales and data analysis: from the analytics team at EY, through presales at Casbeg and business development at Blurify (formerly Studio Software), to independent consulting and his role at Google. He is a graduate of communication and journalism at the University of Wrocław. His strengths are listening attentively to people and simplifying processes so that they unlock real value — for companies and their customers alike.

Beyond his professional work he is interested in wellbeing, habits and the "art of living" — he co-hosted the Zencast live series on conscious breathing, habit-building and coping with stress. The perspective of communication, business and everyday patterns of functioning that he brings to the Society complements its interdisciplinary reflection on civilization diseases.
