Cezary Dmowski

CTO/AI · co-owner of ITSG Global

Cezary Dmowski is CTO and co-owner of ITSG Global. For over thirty years he has been building software, since 2010 the technical teams behind it, and today AI adoption programmes within organisations. He is fluent in two rooms — the boardroom and the engineering room — and translates between them in both directions.

He is the creator of the Cortex AI platform and the AITutoro competence-diagnostics tool. He has trained boards and teams across the banking, pharmaceutical, legal and film sectors. Decision support systems have been a constant throughout his career — he started with them at the Warsaw University of Technology, and sees today's AI adoption as their natural extension. He is also a graduate of the Artificial Intelligence programme at MIT Sloan / MIT CSAIL.

He is especially interested in the boundary between the human and technology — where, in the chain of decisions, the human stands and what they are responsible for. In his OnTilt project he addressed the "hygiene" of using AI, examining behavioural-addiction mechanisms in everyday work with digital tools. The perspective of technology as a factor shaping human health and functioning, which he brings to the Society, connects directly to its reflection on cyber-conditions and the impact of AI on civilization diseases.
